Meet Me
My name is Joshua Kersman. I am a motorsports photographer and a advocate for mens mental health and male related cancers. I spend most of my time riding bikes, driving, or just taking photos. I am here to use my passions to create a better tomorrow for Mens mental health.
Mental Health is important to me. I have struggled with my mental health alone for the last 10 years. Since middle school I have struggled with bullying. Struggled with finding peace in myself. I never want anyone to know how that feels to deal with alone. So, after finding my passions these last few years, I want to dedicate my time and business to mental health.
Meet Movember
Movember is a global movement dedicated to changing the face of men’s health. Built on the belief that no man should die too young, Movember brings people together to raise awareness and fund life-changing programs focused on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Through community, conversation, and action, Movember encourages people around the world to speak openly, support one another, and create lasting change. At Throttle Therapy, I’m proud to incorporate this mission into my business by using my platform to help spread awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and direct support toward a cause that truly matters. Every fundraiser, event, and donation helps fuel research, expand support services, and inspire men to prioritize their health—because together, we can help men live happier, healthier, and longer lives.
What Sets Throttle Therapy Photos Apart
Most photographers finish their work after sending the files. As a creator and a motorsports artist. I feel this need to create more than just photography and videography. I want to create everything. Clothing lines, charity events, . Maybe even my own organization someday. All in an attempt to create a better tomorrow for those men struggling with their mental health. I cannot do any of that alone.
Below is how I plan on making a change.
Building Passions
I have suffered from my mental health for year. But a lot of that changed when I picked up my first camera. I found passion in motorsports and photography and hope to spread my passions or similar passions to those who may need it.
Growing community
Through donations, events, and merchandise we will grow a community together. One where everyone benefits. A community where everyone has a shoulder to lean on.
Building together
Through this community we will not only help people. We will help people help people. Local businesses and all those small businesses involved will have the opportunity to grow and in turn give back more. We will build a chain event of growth for a better future.
